About Us

Introduction

In today’s World, websites connect people, entities, and institutions from different locations. The website also speaks loudly about the quality and more insights about the organisation. A single visit to a certain website can provide details to the client that may lead to exploring more or quitting. Recently, as per results provided by Webometrics and other sources, SUA is doing great on quality and material content on its website.

In adding value to the same, it is important to restructure other administrative web pages that contribute to the appearance of the SUA’s website.

Focus

The improved Webpage focuses at  displaying the Functional Structure, Reporting Systems interconnecting Units of the Directorate as per Institutional Organogram.  Focus area for this is the Directorate of Human Resources Management and Administration. This is because, among other Administrative web pages, the DHRA webpage plays a vital role in communicating the employee’s welfare, well-being, and various directives, Guidelines, and Working Regulations as well as Norms at the Workplace. The Directorate introduces the same within and outside the University. It will further facilitate the Staff and other Users easy access to different services without physical office visits. Moreover, this will act as a catalyst to improve other Administrative web pages.

General Objective

To improve the DHRA webpage for a clear understanding of the roles, mandates, the services provided, and its operational coverage, and creating easy access to all employees and other external stakeholders.

  Specific Objectives

  1. To increase webpage contents
  2. To increase visitation and clicks
  3. To increase the ranking of the Webpage in the University ranking
  4. To conduct a data clean exercise
  5. To link staff profiles from respective sections  to the directorate website to increase the number of incoming and outgoing links
  6. To make it more interactive and  attractive to users
