New and Prospective Employees

    2. Understand various Public Service Regulations, Guidelines and Circulars through https://www.utumishi.go.tz/documents/guidelines
    3. All the Important Forms to be filled by such Staff upon joining SUA. Kindly fill out the following forms, which are provided to you upon your arrival
    • Personal Record Form
    • Medical Forms (for a Health Check from a designated or recognized Medical Facility)
    • Next of Kin Particulars
    • EB1 Form regarding Public Service employment
    • Access to mailing system and other online services (such as ESS, Biometry, EDMS, MUSE, NEST, Staff mailing, SUARIS, PSSSF, etc)
    • Form for joining SUA Health Supplementary Health Scheme(Voluntary), NHIF( Health Schemes for You,  Spouse, Parents and up to four Children/Dependents
    • Form for Staff identity card
    • Form for Public Service Social Security Fund
    • Orientation form Manual: This form has to be filled by the new employee and the supervisor at the working station upon completion of orientation

    3. Subsistence Allowance: SUA offers a start-up allowance for staff, Spouse and up to 4 Children as per Governing Regulations (refer to Section L.6 of the Tanzania Government Standing Orders, 2009)
    4. Employee Welfare and Inclusion: At SUA you will enjoy a positive working atmosphere. You are encouraged to join Social Groups found at your Working Station, participate in sports, recreation, and other community-based activities as they happen. SUA offers Psychological support when needed through the Counselling Unit, Work Supervisors, the University Management and other Individual Professionals within the University.
